TRITEC FASE II FUSION SPLICER DISPLAYS NEW LANGUAGE SKILLS
In a recent development programme, TRITEC
Developments Ltd have upgraded the popular FASE
II fusion splicer to incorporate a
multilingual display. "Requests from customers around the world
have prompted this development", said Mark Guenault, a director
of TRITEC. "Our distributors are able to provide technical support
and translations of documents to international users. Making the
display of the machine itself multilingual is the next logical step
in maintaining this level of support to a world-wide user base."
The FASE II splicer is now shipped with
the display supporting English, French, Italian and Spanish. Existing
machines can be upgraded to become multilingual on return to TRITEC.
Users will also be offered this upgrade as an option with the FASE
II annual calibration. Further languages will be added to the FASE
II multilingual suite as the user base for TRITEC's products increases.
