Industries Inc became the latest distributor added to TRITEC’s
global network. As a result of a meeting at this year’s OFC
in Atlanta, the two companies were able to discuss their potential
association in detail.

of TRITEC, was keen to develop a working relationship with a company
that sells to a similar client base. "Fusion splicing is a
niche market, so it is important that the right end users are being
targeted. The FASE II is particularly successful in the datacoms
market as well as with installers new to fibre optic installation."

"we do a substantial proportion of our business with end users,
including universities and colleges. I personally see these institutions
as the most likely customers wishing to purchase a FASE II fusion
splicer, especially as the device can be manipulated manually."
